1)Operation and Maintenance of cement plant

Follows approved, safe working procedures including Lock Out Tag Out, etc

Keeps work area clean and hazard free

Replaces faulty electrical components of machine such as relays, switches, and motors

Installs power wiring and conduit

H.T motors maintenance works

L.T motors overhauling

HV &LV switch gears maintenance work

EOT crane maintenance works.

2)Operation and Maintenance of Captive power plant of 40 MW.

Follows approved, safe working procedures including Lock out Tag Out, etc Operation &maintenance of Trouble shooting of Genet, motors, HV &LV switch gears,. Protection systems, control panel, synchronizing panels and Transformers Etc.

Prepare Daily report (Power Generation, Hfo, Lfo, Lube oil consumption) and enter report in SAP.

Preparing maintenance/service schedules, conducting regular calibrations to ensure the performance of various process control equipment’s.

Knowledge in Mechanical Service & Maintenance in Engine, fuel lube oil separators.
