In EXPO 2020, worked as a temporary Coordinator for the 3 Thematic district projects and structural work of core walls and shear wall meanwhile coordinating with MEP contractor. Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Manpower Allocation for the project, Payments claim with client and consultant, Authority approvals and co- ordinate with Dubai municipality Engineer at site, Project close out and DLP snag closing works and final handing over the project were the other works which I have handled.

Rebar coordinating as per approved bar bending schedule to Rebar contractor and monitor their production of rebar and deliver to the site rebar on time, plant room handover and roof handing over, kitchen handing over for the hotel, external facade node works, precast link bridge installation, block work and internal finishing works, roof water proofing works, landscaping works, water tank construction, sub structure works, steel door installation and infrastructure works. Renovation works, DLP works and handing over the project to client, aluminum façade panel installation, steel structure work, precast wall cutting, steel staircase work, precast boundary wall works. Road marking, parking slot marking and arrow marking for the parking external corrugated sheet painting works traffic signage modification works.

Responsibilities

Inspecting site conditions prior to start construction activities

Verify the compatibility of the site with designed permanent works

Checking obstructions at site and file keeping of photograph and documents of the existing conditions of property that might damage by the work.

Make sure all existing structure, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected

Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with contract documents and approved shop drawing and submittals.

Prepare daily logs and reports; maintain records of inspections made, tests performed, Work executed.

Co-ordinate with MEP works

Co-ordinate with Dubai municipality engineer for the site structural inspection

Observing the site safety practice and the progress of the work at site.

Assisting consultant during inspection of the completed works at site.

Understand the drawing and convey the idea to foreman for executing works as per drawing and specification.

Providing design brief for the temporary work designer.

Sending RFI to the designer and liaising with consultant and client

Ensure the quality control and safe working practices at site

Assisting the final Checking for the project and handing over procedures for the project

Execution of structural works of Slab, suspended slab, Pile cap, Storm water pumping station, Shear wall, core wall, retaining wall, water tank, gas tank etc.

Coordinating with Quantity surveyor in order to rise invoice during progress of project.

Supervising finishing works like tiles, interlock, roof water proofing, water tank & manhole GRC work, roof coping work, pergola, balcony steel truss erection, precast link bridge installation, precast wall installation, steel hand rails works, façade installation.

DLP and snag closing works in order to hand over the key on time.
