Responsibilities included: Recruiter training on applicant tracking systems and other HR systems required for this role, sourcing candidates, building a pipeline as well as screening viable candidates for current hiring demand and salary negotiation. Hired permanent 10/10/19 as a Full-time Recruiter to the Accenture DayNine Workday group.
