Sep. 2013 – April 2020 RSS Electronics Technician/Team Leader-stand by supervisor. Worked on RSS tools of 6”, 8 ”, 12 ” push the bit, point the bit steering tools and RF communication tools for running with vortex motor. Tools Experience:

Xceed675 and Xceed900 – Point the bit tool for 8 ” and 12” section drillings.

Powerdrive Orbit – Push the bit tool for 6”, 8 ” 12 ” and 16” section drillings.

Powerdrive Archer – Combination of point the bit and push the bit technology for 6”, 8

Along with the usual maintenance activities, I worked as a battery safety officer to carry out Lithium Battery activity movements, procuring batteries, storage, de-passivation process, usage tracking, and disposal per International Battery Safety Standards. Designed battery storage facility for new, used (re-usable) and depleted batteries.

March 2002 – September 2013 MWD Electronics Technician/Team Leader-Standby Supervisor.

Worked on MWD Telemetry tools for drilling sections of 6”, 8 ”, 12 ” Impulse – Combined Telemetry and Resistivity tool for 6” section drillings. Powerpulse/Telescope – Telemetry tool for 8 ”, 12 ” and 16” section drillings. Slimpulse - Telemetry tool for 6”, 8 ”, 12 ” and 16” section drillings. Duties and responsibilities as Team Leader/ stand by supervisor:

Supervise the Technician Team of 15 Members, monitor and assist on their daily task as per location demands.

Mentors R&M Technicians and assign training schedule for Trainees.

Assists R&M Technicians in their daily activity of tool maintenance, troubleshooting, M&S availability etc.

Coordinate with Operations team to plan the upcoming operation requirements, asset availabilities from workshop and preparation requirements on daily basis.

Resolve the tools and M&S availability issues to match the operation requirements in coordination with R&M Manager and Asset Manager.

Ensure required service records and documentation prepared by technician team are completed accurately and up to date, electronic copies are attached and hard copies filed. 3

Maintaining minimum turnaround time, minimum DFP, minimum stagnant tools, etc.

Vacation and days off planning of the team members. Duties and responsibilities as Maintenance Technician:

100% compliance with HSE standards and procedures, certifications, trainings and MedTrac.

Preparing tools in compliance with the parameters per TCO such as well size, flow rate, stabilizer size, connections, mud properties, well temperature, well pressure, expected run length, DLS, software version and software version compatibility with other tools in the BHA, etc.

Upon receiving tools from the job, studying run summary, failure reports, drilling conditions, physical inspection, etc.

Deciding service level of the tools upon IST results, techlog analysis, health analyzer checks, shocks, stick

& slips, caped hours of internal components, calibration status, etc.

Failure investigation of the failed tools during the run through techlog analysis, monitoring tool functionality, checking drilling mechanic logs, comparing techlogs of other tools in the BHA, plotting PTK logs, finding the immediate cause and root cause of the failure.

Failure reports and DBR reports preparation for presenting to the clients.

Troubleshooting failures, reproducing failure in the shop with heat test and shock test, physical inspection of components damaged, etc.

Complying Schlumberger standard work instructions and work procedures for Carrying out maintenance activities, disassembly and assembly of tools.

Maintain daily inspection and periodic inspection of all workshop equipment, hand tools, Cranes, Brake- Out Machine, Pressurized Equipments, Lifting Equipment, Lifting Gears, Workbenches, and Racks etc. Ensures they are kept in good condition, all calibrations and certifications are up to date, and the documented.

Lean standards and 5S in the work area are rightly implemented.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, keeping it efficiently organized, and equipped with necessary supplies and tools.

Directional and Inclination sensor calibration on every six months as scheduled on failed due to drilling conditions or for troubleshooting.

The released Techalerts and Modification from sustaining are implemented on the tools.

Annual internal audits on MWD and RSS tools, placing orders and follow up on noncompliance.

Obtaining PTW (permit to work) for non-usual activities, preparing HARCs, obtaining exemption if required to deviate from standards.
