In my small working period I got chance to be part of various section of project work i.e. Machining, Fabrication,Assembly and Inspection and handle the projects of various clients like G.E (ALSTOM), JSPL ANGUL, JSPL RAIGARH, PRIMETALS, SOHAR PLANT (OMAN), BHILAI STEEL PLANT, DANGOTE PETROLIUM REFINERY (NIZIRIA).

RESPONSIBILITIES & WORKS :-

Fabrication and assembly of various jobs like Ladle vessel, Ladle transfer car, Billet Caster and Pressure vessel etc.

Ensure that the fabrication of jobs is according to proper standard specifications.

Preparing of job card for special machining process.

Check and ensure that fabrication of pressure vessel in done according to ASME section VIII Division 1. And read all stresses and design of pressure vessel.

Fabrication of pressure vessel for oil and refinery steel plant under ASME Section VIII.

Ensure that pressure vessel Fabrication follows, that all code and specification till to inspection test.

Fabrication of horizontal and vertical vessels with leg supports, saddle support and skirts.

Inspection of vessel like out of roundness of shell, nozzle attachment and levelness and weld mismatch and tolerances for formed heads.

Ensuring welding process according to PQR.

Proper guidance and precaution for achieving the alignment under tolerance and less distortion.

Ensure safety at work site.

Expanding the on going project at vendors end.

Study of various drawing, daily planning and material follow up and preparation of BOQ and daily update of progress report.

Solving problem regarding drawing according to the field consultancy with clients as much as possible.

Ensure the work performance accordance with spacing/methods.

Final weld visual inspection.

Coordination with clients and solving critical problems of site.

Preparing the proper inspection certification for structural items with visual checking.

Understanding Contractual documents, Technical specifications and Drawing.

Provide right standard material for job as mention in job and follow up all.

Preparation of PO (Production Order) and PR (Production Requisition).

Check budget is available on jobs or not for completion of job or contact to senior.

Completion of project and preparing of packing list in portal.

Send vehical Requisition to department for dispatch and coordinate with all.

Scheduling of machines and find out the cycle time of machine and machining hours for every job.

To find out the rpm and feed rate for Milling, Turning and Drilling Operation.

Study of start time, End time of machining and express in percentage (Machining utilization, machine set up and machine idle).

ACHIEVEMENTS :-

Attended Successful Hydrotest without leakage.

Attended Pneumatic Test (Air Tightness Test) for Pressure Vessel.

Successful completion of job within time.
