Responsible for all quality issues and fabric concerns I took control ensuring best size ratio’s and fabric widths possible were used to increase fabric utilization and marker efficiency using Gerber System,. I introduced new lay planning procedures that yielded an increase in marker efficiency from 74% to 85%. I also make Sewing Production Loading Plan based on capacity and Shipment Dates.

I Organize and implement centralization of cutting room, from 2 cutting rooms into one, reducing the headcount but maintaining output.
