Sourcing of bank loan with easy terms & condition plus low fund cost.
Prepare bank related documents like specific approach letter, board resolution, CIB undertaking, Credit rating report, Financial statements, running projects list, group liability position, Collateral list, mortgaged formalities etc. to submit in the banks to fulfill their requirements.
Ensure yearly renewal of all funded and non-funded facilities of different units with respective bank to keep continue the facilities with bank.
