WORK EXPERIENCE

• Completed advance level general certificate of education. (Subjects English, Commerce, Arts, Math’s, Science, Social Studies) In 1994.Colombo.

• Attended training course in first aid & CPR course conduct by Dukhan medical service on 11th November 2010.

• Complete successfully three days first aid course at QP CTD on 17th June 2012 to 19th June 2012.

• Attended several times to Basic First Aid Course (CPR) conduct by Dukhan Medical and Basic Fire fighting & floor marshal course at the QP health and safety.

• Attended risk assessment course in QP Dukhan.

• A complete defensive driving course at QISC on 05 Nov 2013.

• Complete a course in restaurant & bar service at Colombo international hotel school in 1994.

• Completed Dive training with BSAC (British sub-aqua club) qualified as an open water ocean diver up to 20 meters in 2005.

• Intermediate certificate of lifeguard and lifesaving ability from a lifesaving Association of Sri Lanka, involving various types of swimming.

• Holding a valid Qatar driving license.

• Attended basic fire extinguisher course at Enertech Aviation & Maritime Academy on 14th Jan 2010.

Daily Operation.

Monitors the daily operations of recreational and catering services.

Rendered to QP including contractor's staff performance and day-to-day activities to achieve the desired satisfaction.

Ensure that all QP corporate Standards, safety, hygiene procedures adhere at all times.

Conducts regular inspections of the facilities to ensure availability of the adequate maintenance services to maintain functionality and reliability of the facility at all times Assists supervisor in the preparation of the annual budget for the club activities by providing required data.

Maintain boatyard which is standing with power & sailboats and organize various type water sports as per the season

Inventory

Maintains the inventory list of recreational equipment and other materials of all the facilities under the division.

Inspects evaluates, and reports damaged, obsolete, or beyond repair for write off.

Completes the inventory for three clubs (AlGazal, Doha Beach club, and Doha Fitness center) and assets transfer done to Dukhan & MIC QP clubs within the predicted date. Stock Management.

Prepares appropriate requisitions for replenishing the commissary, consumables, and other materials as required for the fitness centers and maintain the tracking system.

Controls laundry of Fitness club towels ensures the availability of required quantity and maintains records for monthly billing.

Ensures that the facility's premises' hygiene level is well maintained at all times. QUALIFICATIONS & Advance Course.

Work Experience at Qatar Petroleum as Facilities Supervisor from 2007 May to 2020 June. 3

Determine the material and furniture quantities required to support operational needs and recruitment forecasts. Raise purchase orders within the approved budget and monitor delivery and assembly of the furniture.

Policies & Procedures.

Assists in management by recommending changes in policies and procedures arising from operational requirements.

Catering & Admin.

Coordinating with the Integrated Facilities Department for the community support requirement in terms of catering and banqueting, reporting to the immediate supervisor, handling restaurant, functions.

Maintain club administration (such as contractor staff timesheet, membership fees) monitor and supervise.

Supervise the activities of assigned personnel in the Section, to include routine matters and new priorities. Instruct subordinates to follow up on work requirements, defects, and actions needed.

Demonstrate continuous improvement of the services offered to the community.

Ensure inspections are carried out regularly to assess recreational & catering facility conditions and to enhance the quality of the services offered.

Handle club income & expenditure, Deposit the income to the club account, and arrange all required documents with supporting documents to club treasurer to complete year-end bank book for QP finance.

Maintenance & Safety.

Coordinate and follow up with Civil Engineers and maintenance staff to assess and prioritize the maintenance of facilities. Sign off on completed maintenance work ensuring that services provided to the recreational facilities are in high standard.

Validate before & during the functions all the safety equipment & location is arranged as per safety such as fire extinguisher, clear exit door.

Implemental the Section's plans to achieve objectives and goals in line with business growth. Propose improvements for properties and facilities in the Dukhan, Doha facilities.

Verifies the quality of the catering services delivered to all staff by ensuring the variety including the healthy /Diet options and ensures that all services provided to staff are inducted and aware of the compliance with health and hygiene.

Ensures Health, Safety, Environment and Security procedures are strictly followed in recreational premises and catering activities and operations in

Coordination with concerned departments and (relevant government authorities, QCD, municipality) in line with the corporate policies and procedures.

Ensure that the swimming pool, Jacuzzis, and the complete spa area are clean at any time and reports any for maintenance
