Windows Server Administrator

Ocwen Business Solutions Inc. January 16, 2017 – December 28, 2019 Administer Server Operating Systems infrastructure, which includes provisioning windows servers via VSphere technology, installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of different Server operating systems being used in the Ocwen environment.

These are as follows:

Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 and 2019 Server Installation, Active Directory Administration, Windows DNS/DHCP services management.

• Installs and configures the Operating Systems of the infrastructure servers and ensures that the infrastructure servers are running on Ocwen Global Baseline Standards.

• Administer and maintains all servers that are server infrastructure services and ensures that its operating systems are efficiently utilized to support continuous and uninterrupted delivery of services.

• Participates in server build-outs and ensure that the servers are running on Ocwen Global Baseline Standards.

• Monitors the health of the servers on regular basis. Escalates to the Server Domain Team Lead (or higher) for potential and current encountered.

• Helps in troubleshooting infrastructure server related errors. Ensure that the trouble tickets assigned is updated in a timely manner.

• Handles advanced technical implementation of the infrastructure servers within the scope of the server Administration Team.

• Also handles basic network configuration and troubleshooting. SCCM Patch Management

• Act as a member of the Global Server Admin Team, and a part of a group of IT specialists in charge of managing the company’s global SCCM infrastructure used by Ocwen affiliates worldwide.

• Provide support to our SCCM Monthly Patching by helping out with the Creation of the Software Update Group and the required Deployments for Development, UAT/Test/Model, and Production servers;

• Responsible for updating our SCCM Collections, SCCM Tagging, and the Patching list on our SharePoint to keep track with our managed servers.

• Create and administer advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM.

• Serves as the Tier 2 support and escalation contact on advanced level of investigation and troubleshooting for SCCM related incidents

• Follow change management procedures

Non-compliant troubleshooting

Knowledgeable in troubleshooting servers that failed to receive patches/updates from software deployment package in different scenarios i.e. disk is full/almost full, the server is down, the SCCM Agent corruption and no SCCM Agent Installed or Loss of network connectivity while patch is being deployed and manually installing patches/hotfixes. Vulnerability Patch Management

• Collaborates with Security Operation Team for the vulnerabilities and for the strategic planning in creating a streamlined vulnerability management strategy and process improvements;

• Responsible for analyzing the vulnerability scan report (provided by Security Ops team) and identify from the report which servers are needed to remediate and which are having false positive vulnerabilities;

• Responsible for the communications to the Server Owners with regards to the remediation plan and get their approvals;

• Primary resource that is responsible for executing the remediation activity based on the planned strategies;

• Main resource that is assigned to create a monthly analysis report about the remediation activities done throughout the whole month.

Experience Citrix Administrator

• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues in enterprise Citrix environment, Including Web Interface, application enumeration and performance issues, Printing and provisioning issues, for internal and external clients.

• Administered the Citrix network and provided support for the Windows.
