• Manage 37 suppliers as a Tier 1 supplier for drive shafts.

• Verify quality of parts are up to standards and print specifications.

• Issue formal complaints to the responsible supplier regarding quality issues.

• Conducted receiving inspection on incoming parts used in production based on print specifications and tolerances

• Request containment actions, corrective actions and root causes via 8D/5WHY from the supplier.
