PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

L&T Infotech- Data Integration Assistant-Hyderabad, Telangana, India April 2017- May 2018

• Worked on Traffic Surveillance data. By reviewing the data from Traffic cameras, we collected the information on types and details of vehicles that are violating the traffic rules and also collected the information on the density of the vehicle population.

• From this data we identified the appropriate signal timing to reduce the waiting time of the vehicles and to generate the tickets if necessary.

George Mason University - Graduate Teaching Assistant January 2020-Present

• Worked as a Teaching Assistant for the subject Engineering Senior Seminar and assisted Undergraduate students in preparing their seminar presentations and Research paper.

PROJECTS AND PUBLICATIONS

NFL BIG DATA BOWL Predictive Analytics [GitHub-url] Fall 2019

• Performed predictive analytics on NFL game to find the number of yards an NFL player gains after receiving hands-off.

• Proved non-linear prediction models performed better than the linear models when bias is present in the data.

• Applied various Machine Learning Models like Lasso Ridge, PLS, Random Forest, linear and Logistic regression in R and performed data visualizations using GGPlot.

POLLUTION IN ATCHISON VILLAGE Visualization Analytics [GitHub-url] Spring 2019

• Performed statistical data analytics to find the average values of the various components of air that causes pollution.

• Generated various Visualizations (GGplot) to identify the quantities that are causing pollution and analyzing the impact of these on the Ozone layer.

• Used Scatterplots, Bar graph and Pearson correlations Analysis to find the impact of change in speed caused by the ozone particles in the air. [R GGplot].

PREDICTING TITANIC SURVIVAL RATE Prediction & Visualization Analytics [GitHub-url] Spring 2019

• Analyzed Titanic data to determine the factors of survival if there is an accident to ship.

• Created new features from the existed Titanic data and performed Random forest regression and Logistic Regression models to predict who survives and achieved an accuracy of 85%. Performed feature selection to identify what factors are highly affecting the survival rate.

• Visualizations and statistical analysis are performed using R. PREDICTING AND ANALYZING THE READMISSION OF HOSPITAL PATIENTS Health Analytics, Machine Learning

• By analyzing MIMIC-3 dataset to predict whether a patient gets readmitted within 30 days of discharge. [GitHub-url] Spring 2020

• Analyzed the dataset by performing sensitivity Analysis and applied various calibration techniques to identify the top and most affecting features for prediction and used these features to build Random forest, Decision Trees and Logistic Models.

• Analyzed the AUC and ROC curves to check for overfitting of the data and Dependency of top attributes on the AUC of the model. ACHIVEMENTS AND EXTRA_CURICULLAR ACTIVITIES

• Worked as “Public Relation and External affairs Manager” for IEEE, Computer Society Student Chapter, GITAM University for two academic years (2016 – 2018).

• Organized a technical fest “INCEPTO” in the year 2017 under the banner of IEEE, Computer Society student chapter, GITAM University (March 2017).
