Retail Operations / Sales of EBO stores

Responsible for achieving the sales target given by the higher management, L2L/YOY growth and profitability of the stores.

Coordinating with EBO in-store promotional activities for new releases & special products.

Conceptualising visual merchandising of the stores .

Planning and monitoring warehouse operations of receipt, storage, return of unsold stock, inventory control etc.
