ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
FRONT DESK CUM ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR
·Greeting and welcoming the walk-in guest, answering to the enquiries through phone or direct, building up good rapport with the Guest and vendors.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
PATIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE
·Greeting patients & monitoring the flow of patients to and from consulting rooms, managing queues through telephone and face to face interaction.
·Directing the patients where to go within the department or health center.
·Entering patients’ details, registering the details of the patient in HMS software and creating a complete file for the patients, having complete knowledge on Insurance cards used in the hospital.
· Informing the patients about the relevant charges for the services, accept payment and issue receipt for same & Process payments from patient for co pays and other uninsured visits.
·Maintaining working knowledge of the appointment system i.e. times of all clinics, duration of appointments, knowledge of computer system, doctors duty schedule.
· Assist Doctors and Nurses and work closely with them for basic clinical task and acting between the patient and Doctors to ensure proper follow up and high-level operations.
·Collate laboratory and Radiology for doctor review and follow up with the patients as per doctor Instruction.
·Working with Insurance team to know about the insurance company accepted in the hospital and the benefits of the insurance.
