Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist ( Lutech Resources subsidiary)

Division Recruiting Manager

Manage social recruitment strategy.

Developed and executed recruiting plans. Plan and execute large volume hiring events throughout Texas.

American subsidiary of JGC (Japanese Gas Corporation), an EPC company based in Yokohama, Japan.

●Hired and lead the talent acquisition team to successfully increase the permanent staff size from 50 to 220 employees in the first five (5) months of the office opening.
