Part of a seven-person staff team overseeing all of Young Life’s operations in York and Adams Counties. Responsibilities include building, leading, training, encouraging, and equipping teams of adult volunteers to care for High School students in their communities. Other responsibilities include building and maintaining an extensive network of donors, community members, parents, and students; as well as fundraising, administrative duties, ensuring personal and professional growth and development, mass communications, and social media account management.
September 2016 – August 2019: Team Member, Chick-Fil-A Hunt Valley
Part of a team of sixty plus employees, responsible for serving hundreds of dine in and carry out patrons as well as taking hundreds of drive thru patrons generating nearly two thousand dollars of profit each high volume hour.
September 2015 – August 2016: Fitness Coach, YMCA Orokawa Family Center
Scheduled and completed Fitness Appointments with members, crafted and updated member’s workout plans, engaged members and fostered a welcoming environment for members and their families, and maintained a safe and clean environment.
July 2015: Summer Staff, Lake Champion Younglife Camp
Part of a team of seven volunteer water front staff, responsible for serving 500 high school students that visited the camp each week. Responsibilities included the operation of speedboats for tubing, wake boarding, and boat rides, prepared and oversaw the water front area before and during camp events, helped facilitate fun team building activities for the students.
