Administrative duties included reviewing all advertisements for faculty positions, interview all finalists for faculty and staff positions after consultation with the Department Chairperson/program and advised the Provost on the appointment of each new faculty member.
Prepared budget requests of the departments within the college and proposed it to the Provost and worked with the chairpersons of each department of the College to develop appropriate course scheduling and approved all schedules at the College. Expectations were to exercise appropriate control of the operations of the College and its components.
Provided bi-yearly training to the academic teaching staff to maintain excellence and conduct research on new and upcoming trends in academic initiatives. Responsible in maintaining effective communication between students and faculty with the College and with other Academic personnel.

Families First LLC President-CEO Warner Robins, Ga. 1988-2018
LPC and Family Therapist for DFCS, DJJ and Mental Health agencies throughout the State of Georgia. Responsibilities included administering Psychological testing for students diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and completing Family Assessments to determine the Case Plan for the family/individual that were court ordered. Diagnostic testing and random drug tests were performed and served as a mandate court reporter for the State of Georgia.

Professor of English and Psychology courses in the classroom as well as online/hybrid classes. Duties include delivering lectures, developing and grading test papers, reviewing textbooks and software as well as interacting with students, peers and other faculty members on a daily basis.
