Hand over and properly relieved - Monitoring all equipment’s as per designed operation and production – Follow the specification of the products – Reporting to controller/engineer/supervisor –Start up/shut-down activity - Annual maintenance activity i.e. all the pumps, isolation & de-isolation, levels, flows transmitters and switches, CVs & MOVs etc. - Any emergency/ variations in the operations inform field operator by radio to solve – Follow the isolation procedure as per the standards i.e. equipment by field operators, power by electrical and other departments its required, lock-out rack-out & tagging methods - PTW - Follow HSE policy; maintain the related files and up-date - Weekly test of all emergency equipment’s i.e. Emergency generator, Fire water deluge systems, siren (PAGA) -As per schedule PM work will follow – Maintain the file system as per the KOC (clients) standards.
