Description: -

Leak testing machine is to design and manufacturing to check the air leakage from the plastic product.

3. Project Name: - Split Loom Joining and Tape Winding Machine Description: -

To design and manufacturing an SPM machine for joining split loom on automobile fuel pipe, after that plastic tap is taping on the ends of the split loom. 4. Project Name: - Media Roll Tilting Machine

Description: -

The project was design and manufacturing a machine, which is used to tilt a media roll from vertical to a horizontal direction.

5. Project Name: - Bearing Inspection System

Description: -

This system is used to inspect various physical and functional parameters of a needle roller bearing after assembly.

Description: -

This system is developed for disassembling a small component to separate the spring, valve, and ball from the main body segregate the main body into 8 groups according to its diameter. 7. Project Name: - Clutch Release Bearing Assembly Description: -

This system is used in the assembly line of CRB. This system assures poka-yoke against ball missing or seal missing complaints and proper fitment of a cap. It also reduces the cycle time of operation by 50% and operator dependence.
