customers in agro-chemicals, pharmaceuticals and speciality chemicals. Its batch wise six step DCS plant.

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

• Currently working in Batch wise DCS plant.

• Safe handling of reaction like Hydrogenation.

• Planning for daily production related activities such as raw materials and man power management,

shift activities, monitoring and controlling process parameters in DCS and field.

• Conducting and maintaining the preventive maintenance record of equipment’s to avoid failures.

• Tracking the quality of the product and taking necessary step to increase and maintain quality.

Nauta Dryer, Micron Filter, Hydrogenation reactor etc.

• Make work permit as per norms.

• Working with BPRV vent system.

• Troubleshooting

Hazardous chemicals used – Sulphuric acid, caustic solution, Toluene, Xylene and various flammable

solvents and gases (Hydrogen) & catalyst.
