My duties include Medication Administration, Monitoring for Seizures, Properly utilization of medical equipment (i.e., Lifts, Wheelchairs, Safety Beds), observe for changes in health and mental status, Fall precautions, Dressing Changes, light housekeeping, administer meals and hydration. monitor incontinence.
Accomplishments
I have enhanced my clients level of acuity. Client is more active and has reduced temper tantrums. No seizure activity has been noted within 6 months. No falls noted since employed. Client has healthy skin and bowel regimen is controlled.
