PMO SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER (6/2016 to 4/1/2020 Global COVID shutdown)
Lead global Voice and Video programs for Intel, Worldwide Technology (WWT), and IBM, developing scope, project plans, integration and resource allocation strategies for Voice and Video services for new Intel sites. Supervise a team of global Project Managers and Engineers managing level 3 support for 300+ international sites. Work cross-functionally to gather requirements and align goals and tasks. Present project updates and risk mitigation strategies to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Created and implemented a program to create Sites of the Future (SotF) for 300+ international sites from the ground-up—discovery, project plan, project, internal resources, budget, risk, and deployment.
Developed a program to manage a Global SotF around the World. This is hundreds of sites being surveyed and remediated to come up to a SotF (Sites of the Future). Multiple Project Managers around the globe answered to me. I reported multiple times a week to the client to report status and ensure all deliverables are approved. I also internally tracked the monthly invoices per the SOW and all Change Orders. I provided a multi-tab excel for every site and all sales/costs.
Intel Globally – Managed multiple Project Managers and Cisco engineers. Decommission sites to either shutdown or move to new real estate. This involved all infrastructure, server apps and networks. I also managed the deployment and standup of the moves and new. We followed the PM methodology and I reported a weekly site by site status report as well as a regular stakeholders governance.
oAll work involved working with the client change management board. We followed the client requests for return of all HW after a successful decommission. I provided all documents, such as inventory trackers, RAID Excel through resolution, Pre and Post checklists, Scope and tracking, signoff’s with client assigned stakeholder. I worked with multiple departments to assure all work was aligned and approved.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
VoIP Manager, TAC Manager (8/2000 to 8/2006) USDOL Jobs Corps Data Center
Managed 138 Job Corps locations across the US and Puerto Rico Infrastructure, LAN, WAN and PC’s utilizing the TAC (Technical Assistance Center). I built the TAC from the ground up and located the two geographically sites in Austin, Texas and Limestone, Maine.
I built two CORES, one in Austin, Texas and the other in Plano, Illinois. 7206 Cisco routers took all long distance from all the newly converted 138 Job Corps to Voice over IP (VoIP).
The Long Distance was negotiated thru the FTS (Federal Telephony Service) contract with MCI WorldCom. This offered .09 Cents a minute. The individual rates at each Job Corps, prior to this conversion were between .22 cents to .49 cents a minute.
This saved USDOL over 4 million dollars the first year. I won the President’s Award for this effort.
