JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintaining the HACCP system according to the food safety and hygiene department.
Having ability to train employees.
Having good knowledge of chemical and sanitation guidelines.
Taking the inventory and control of F &B equipment.
Making the sure the task of stewards is distributed fairly
Following up all F& B kitchen cleaning schedule on daily basis.
