● Operation, Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance of HRM (Horizontal Rapid Machine) and Buffer Unit.

● Operation, Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance of MW 2000 (Horizontal Wrapper Machine) HRM, TTM ( Automated Show Box Maker) Buffer Unit.

● Operating SCADA(Supervisory control and data acquisition) and HMI System.

● Conducting Final Quality checks of finished products and recording it into the Datalizer and into SRC books(Standard running condition).

● Supported different functions like R&D,Engineering and Maintenance in line trial of new products and commissioning of new Wrapping machines.

● Implemented Numerous KAIZENS “ Continuous Improvement” to improve the existing process and to make it more cost efficient.

● Got kaizen approved on 2016 and had a successful trial which had annual saving of

$18500 /year with zero investment.

● Implemented Several kaizen since 2011 – 2016 (continuous improvement system) which helped to maintain good GMP GHP in the area.

● Got BOSCH Certification in 2014 to operate newly installed high speed wrapping line.

● Kaizen raised in 2014 for eliminating belt damage with annual saving of $600 per year .
