Analysis of daily rework and rejections.

Using end bit scrap from various process to produce the components.

The compound blanking tool replaced by the simple tool and output is doubled.

The setup time is reduced 50% by implementing SMED on press tools.

Reducing manpower from two to one person by using strip feeder for blanking operation.

Combining the piercing and part number punching process in a single tool.

Suggestion given for implementing chute for the presses for slug removal without M/c stoppage.
