International Exposure
Participated in the international Sulphur conference in Montreal Canada in 2007. Learning about heat recovery system in acid plant converter, Upgraded demisting equipment, absorption towers packing material innovation, maintenance practices in an acid plant
& sulfur burning processes.
Visited Lead & Zinc Smelters shaoguan China in 2007 and learning of best practices in ISPL plants in China.
Visited Lead and Zinc Smelter Huludao China in 2009 to judge the suitability of concentrate for HZL operation planned to buy from Glenncore.
Visited Kennecott copper smelter Salt Lake City, Utah, the USA in 2010 for technology selection for one of the expansion projects in my group company. Visited MECS & Lewis pumps site in saint Lewis USA learning of global practices of fabrication, assembly, QA, Safety, 5S.

Streamlining of processes to achieve volume with environment friendly manner. Improvement in acid
plant operations to reduce fuel consumption with
saving of 5.7 Cr PA and reduction in COP by improving efficiencies, optimization of consumables & services.
