Position: - Executive Assistant

Main Role &Responsibilities:-

• Managing the calendar for Director for all External & Internal Meetings & special events.

• Coordinating travel arrangements for manager Domestic & International both.

• Assisting with various kinds of visa documents and other support letters (invitation letter,

employment visa letters, gate passes, insurance letters etc.)

• Planning for the team programs and activities

• Assisting with MOM’s & Presentations preparations.

• Settlements of all the travel bills through Accenture portal on every fortnight on behalf of

MD’s and Level A.

• Providing logistic assistance (travel & hotel arrangements) to the team and arranging

meetings and conference halls for internal and external meetings.

• Handling and coordinating with Audit department for any query comes.

• Procurement related Vendor negotiations and finalization .

• Raising Pay Orders for concerned vendors, and responsible for their timely Payment

• Coordinate with IT team for any technical issues facing by them.

• Providing logistic assistance (travel & hotel arrangements) to the team and arranging

meetings and conference halls for internal and external meetings.

• Arranging/supporting company’s various events (Recognition Event, Annual Day, Diwali

Event, Lunch’s, Dinner’s etc).

Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings

Coordinating travel arrangements prepares itineraries for manager and team which

includes ticket booking, hotel arrangements etc

Settling all travel & others bills with payment department on behalf of team

Filling up on-Boarding forms for the New Joiners and coordinating with the HR
