RESPONSIBILITY:
Assigned with the responsibilities of new product developments (NPD) by creating part modeling and detailing as per the inputs given by the customer.
Concept modeling as per the assembly requirement and new design development by considering various design parameters in sheetmetal such as sheetmetal operations and manufacturing feasibility and processes.
Detailing responsibility such as creating drawing of sheet metal parts, large assembly drawing, Weldments drawing, bom comparison, Model based dimensioning( MBD) .
Handling of large assembly with various simplified representation and applying the various cost reduction conceptual ideas and rapid continuous improvements (RCI).
Handled some study project of John Deere harvester and made study report.
Participates in discussion about the design review meeting (internal/with client) to proper design and achieve the client requirement.
Having experience of handling data in PLM/PDM by using windchill 10.0.
PROJECT DONE:
Grizzly John Deere combine harvester: Study project with architecture team of John Deere. It includes cost reduction projects, parts commonization of various harvester ladder used in R2 and R3 countries by designing new structure for single and dual ladder by cost reduction .
S series John Deere combine harvester: New product development(NPD) for the ladder structure of harvester as per the field input given by John Deere USA.
Technical document of global interference report of various large assemblies in harvester and find out the various challenges while the harvester in field .
2. Sutra System India Pvt. Ltd Pune.
Designation: Design Engineer

Client: Bucher Leichtbau AG, Client of Airbus and Boeing, Jamco.
Project Handled: Designing of Galley and Interior of aircraft.
Product: Galley and Stowage, the Galley is compartment of ship, train or aircraft where food is kept warm and prepares. It can also be referred as land based food storage.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Part Parametric Modeling as per Customer Requirement and to make CDA (Customer Design Approval Document) specifying all design inputs given by the customer.
Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the detail modeling and drawings, main assembly drawing including exploded view and simple representation, general arrangement drawing, part drawings and complete assembly drawing for electrical system, water system, cooling system and installation system of galleys and aircraft interior.
Solving ECN/ECR tasks and Coordinating with customer for design related problems.
Also working on Windchill PDM Link 10.0 for data receiving and sending.

Making assemblies of part model in bottom up and top down approach.
