• AIA Insurance (Hongkong and Singapore)- Test Lead (Dec 2018-Aug 2019) i) AIA is the leading insurance company of Asia Pacific Region. It offers its customers Financial Services through its representatives.

ii) Our project was focused on delivering AIA staff/representatives a portal to manage their Clients of Singapore and Hongkong.

iii) The project followed strict agile methodologies with daily stand-ups, review of sprint board and demo’s at the end of each sprint.

iv) I managed the end to end Testing requirements and documentation of Conflict Management(insurance) as a Test Lead, tracking client requirement changes in Agile Environment, building robust Test Scenarios and cases, running cases, managing Defect Lifecycle, Database understanding at initial table Level and adding suggestions that got implemented for specified system. v) The project was in its initiation phase so I did a lot of client interaction for making the Test documents. vi) The project involved continuous cross functional interactions like understanding the point of view of Development team, User Interface (UI) Team, Data Base Team, Dev Ops and then explaining, summarizing Profile Highlights

and implementing all information into Test team for full proof test cases and scenario updates from time to time. I have suggested changes/additions at Database Architecture level that further resulted in smooth execution of Tests and the Product eventually.

• Income tax, India (Govt Project)- Test Lead (Aug 2013- Dec 2017) i) Income Tax Business Application (ITBA) was a data Oriented Project with millions of end users getting there income tax filled yearly based on their over the year financial transactions. ii) led TDS (Tax Deducted at source) Project and was responsible for end to end understanding of Customer Requirements, making test Cases and Scenarios, running tests, giving training and demonstration to customer, analyzing data with SQL, Defect Lifecyle, Performance Testing in JMeter (support). iii) The project was Data Centric involving PANs (Income Tax Key) of millions of end users. Continuous Cross functional interactions with Data Base Teams and Report Generation Teams was of utmost importance. iv) Handled one of the main project features like TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), Project from Requirements Gathering till UAT and got Appreciation from the Team Leads.

• Lloyds Bank, London and Kotak Bank, India-Test Engineer (Mar 2011-Jul 2013) i) These projects gave Banking domain exposure and delivered successfully the end product to the clients. ii) Manual Tester In this project, I have been for almost 1 yr. I have contributed in a number of Client centric goals and deliveries in this project.

iii) Project was in maintenance Phase wherein I handled the queries from the clients directly and suggested upgrading the system as and when required. Test scenarios and test cases were made for each iteration of change and version management system was implemented. iv) Reports were scheduled for running Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly. Testing of the scripts for running these reports was also involved through SQL.
