Senior Construction/Infrastructure Manager Aug 2018 – Present

Achievements:

●Successfully monitored and controlled the complete infrastructure process of the project valued at AED 4.1 billion, improving communication between all construction management

●Oversaw/reviewed the project schedule which consisted of district cooling plant, substations, enabling works/earthworks, piling works, ground improvements, internal roads, traffic signals Street lighting and signage, utilities and associated cabling and pipe laying works, both internally and externally ensuring compliance to the project needs hard scraping and soft land scraping. Managed consultants’ responses to all RFI’s and submittals to minimize delays

●Reviewed and reported to six client-side stakeholders on conformance with the contract schedule, and presented solutions to mitigate foreseeable issues, and value engineering ideas for cost savings

●Successfully managed and supported consultant teams, and main contractors involved with the five infrastructure and construction packages, and ensured consultant resident engineers and contractors were fulfilling their contract obligations accordingly Managed consultants’ responses to all RFI’s and submittals to minimize delays
