JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES - Design & Development

Concept designing of a machine/automated line.

Selection of Pneumatic Actuators, Motors, Gearbox, Sensors, & its Accessories as per project requirements.

Prepare final design of a machine/automated line.

Reverse engineering of the existing components for developing new models.

Ensuring product design is released in conformity to the technical specifications.

BOM. Generation.

Interfacing with manufacturing/Venders for resolving technical quires / product development.

Co-ordination with commission/maintenance team for upgrading product design. Important Projects Done:

1) TATA MOTORS LTD. India. Conveyor System for Cylinder Head. Role : Jr. Engineer of mechanical design.

Description : It included 2 Axis Gantry with Infeed-Outfeed conveyor. 2) BHARAT FORGE LTD. (Baramati) for CrankShaft conveyor line & Robotic Deburring Role : Jr. Engineer of mechanical design.

Description : This System is use for Machining Purpose; It included Robotic Deburring with Infeed-Outfeed conveyor

3) TATA CUMMINS PHALTAN LTD. (PHALTAN) Cylinder Head Assembly Line Role : Jr. Engineer of mechanical design.

Description : It included Conveyor Line with TOD & Inspection Station. 4) TATA CUMMINS LTD. Jamshedpur Cylinder Head Conveyor Line Role : Jr. Engineer of mechanical design.
