Duties and responsibilities :
I.Handling the theories of subjects such as Hydrogeology, Exploration Geology Engineering Geology, Metamorphic Petrology, Economic Geology, Sedimentology, Mineralogy Micropaleontology & Stratigraphy. For postgraduate and under graduate students in geology.
II.Handling the practicals of;
1.Hydrogeology : Pumping test analysis, Water quality estimation, Subsurface mapping use bore hole data, Water table Contour map plotting.

3.Economic Geology : Microscopic & Megascopic identification and description of economic Minerals.

6.Micropaleontology : Identification & descriptions of Microfossils.

2.Lanslide affected areas in the Western Ghats and various parts of Kerala.
