Responsible for tactical & strategic management of Global Supply Chain, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Logistics, Inventory, Operations and SIOP for the $225 million in annual sales globally.

Standardized and implemented operational KPI’s across all locations in 9 months resulting in increased inventory turns (5 to 18) and reductions, ($32 million to $26 million) reduced suppliers (4235 to 828) and improved cost savings of $9.8 million.
