JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Duties

Developed and shared best practices for soft service across the company

Developed and managed annual operating budgets for soft service department

Attend site visit while participating in new tenders

Regular site visit in existing operation to improve the quality of work

Regular weekly, monthly meetings with managers, supervisors and client

Ensure that all costs and expenditure are within the budgeted levels

Accountable to meet all the contractual obligations and provide services which meets high level client satisfaction

Check the payment status with the finance department

Contract Management follow ups.

Schedule staff trainings for BICSc certification

Lead, plan, coordinates, executes and monitor the operations team

Ensures, that service delivery is consistent with the highest quality of standards

Review and check monthly material and manpower requisition for the projects

Ensure all services are delivered within agreed budget and service level agreement

Approve monthly audits in assigned projects

Ensure KPI targets are met the contract requirement

Meets and communicates with the clients regularly to ensure our services on the right track

Lead, plan and Manage the mobilization,operational training and deployment of the team

Ensuring that all corrective action taken is completed and effectives and leads to continuous improvement of the operations at the site
