Keep records of every day’s activities and health information of patient.
Hands on experience in housekeeping and preparing healthy meals.
Provide transfer assistance to patient by moving in and out of bed.
Organize activities are given. Such as talking, walking, exercise and moderate massage.
Maintain a safe and clean environment.
Arrange medicines to be taken on schedule by providing appropriate reminders.
Observe patient for signs of deteriorations or concern and report them to family or doctor.
Maintain records of ward’s activities behaviour and symptoms for reference purpose.
