First line point of contact for all tax questions or issues, including amendment processing
Responsible for yearend activities to include negative wage audit reports, W2 preview audits, W2 error reporting and W2 box configuration review
Identifies areas for operational improvement and works towards implementing changes to SOP
Keeps up to date with federal, state and local law as it relates to payroll and tax laws and practices and implements changes as necessary
