I: Job Position: “Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Performance & HRIS)” in Abu Dhabi National Insurance company in Abu Dhabi, UAE from 01-Jan-2018 To 01-Oct-2020. Job responsibilities:
Drafting new policies and reviewing the existing policies for enhancement. Revised few policies like Housing, Salary Advance, Airfare, etc.
Working on data analytics and generate various reports that is required for the management to take decisions like Pay review, Bonus awards and Performance Review, Attendance Management, Salary Increment and Promotion Cycle.
A Technical resource in Human Resources department to support the department in explaining process for system up to the IT Technical consultant. Was completely involved in the system upgradation - Oracle Fusion Project and implementation and testing of the manpower and planning project – Hyperion.
