- Project 137: Powder Lecithin & Solvent Plant (Amitex Agro Product Pvt Ltd, Indore) Worked for Installation & commissioning of 33KV HT, VCB Transformer (1250kva, 500Kva), LT Panel, MCC Panel Plant & Machine, and Utility etc. Equipment’s viz. DTDC, agitators, liquid liquid extractor, Expeller, cooker, conditioner, dryer & all other vessels required for solvent plant with piping.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Installation & commissioning of Powder Lecithin plant. Overall performance of Plant with electrical connections towards motors, VFD, controls & regulations through pneumatic supply.

• Connections of Pressure vessels, agitators, decanter, dryers for supplies of Lecithin, Acetone, steam, water, nitrogen, air (utilities), Maintaining process & operation with the designed pressure, temperature, flow & other parameters.

• Project work of LT and Plant MCC, Layout & cable routing for cable trays, junction box, plant lighting etc

• Handling of electrical manpower, daily work schedule & distribution of work

• Planning for fast completion of work implementing techniques & bar charts.

• Coordinating with senior management & design people regarding Project PFD. Project 137: Powder Lecithin Plant. (10TPD)

Project 137: Soya Flour/Mill Plant, GMO Plant (100 TPD) Site: Amitex Agro Product Pvt Ltd, Julwania Dist Barwani MP Tenure – Jan 2019- Jun 2019 (6 months)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Project FYI19 of Sunflower & Organic plant stabilization planning work

• Installation of MPEB 33 KV MPPKVVCL lassoing work & HT Connection.

• Installation & commissioning Of VCB 33 KV outdoor 1250 Amp with 1250 KVA Transformer with OLTC & RTCC, Bus ducts, LT and Plant MCC with DG 125 KVA.

• Project of instrument planning & installation in sunflower project work.

• Complete Setup of utility and planning. Electrical systems related with AC and Ventilation system Submersible Pumps.

• Planning & procurement of spares for equipment- with optimum inventory control.

• System modifications based on observations of repeated problems identified to minimize down time and reduce maintenance cost

• Preparing the Daily Generation Report, Aux. Consumption, power report & sort out coming problem.

• Knowledge about power distribution & power system studies, protection & relay configuration (Setting), electrical operation & safety system

• Day to day allocation of jobs and recourses to contract workers, supervision of workmanship, training of contract workers. Control utilization of contract manpower

& overtime. Handling breakdown and general maintenance during shit.

• Planning, Scheduling and execution of annual overhauling shutdown activities.

• Plan and review the implementation of Electrical maintenance activities so that optimum plant availability is achieved
