Texas Live! – Arlington, TX
Responsible for several venues’ social media posts, event planning, marketing efforts, graphic support, purchasing, booking and supervising for all functions. Launched “Four Fridays” promotion to target different demographics with varying themes and events, as well as the grand opening of our newest venue, Rangers Republic. Implemented a social media calendar for all accounts across four platforms. Conducted weekly social media audits to compare exposure and interaction for each event which were use to create goals for future posts.
Florida Gulf Coast University Athletics – Fort Myers, FL Oversaw all aspects of 15 Division-I sports from the marketing plans to the gameday and event execution to ensure all fans and constituents had an entertaining and engaging experience. Assisted with the creation and implementation of a sponsor activation calendar which outlined all expected executions throughout various platforms within the arena and via social media. Helped create and update sponsor proposals following the fiscal year; these were also accom- panied by year-end reviews for each partner.
Florida Gulf Coast University Athletics – Fort Myers, FL Launched a loyalty app for fans in order to receive data on what each demographic liked and responded to, later using that data to set goals.
Enhanced communication of event details and needs by creating a GoogleDoc shared with all necessary parties, in addition to distributing weekly and daily email reminders of due dates. Worked with local community groups and donors to host multiple philanthropic nights, including The American Heart and Stroke Association, Laces of Love, Military and First Responder Appreci- ation and Breast Cancer Awareness.
Directed the production staff while collaborating with several external unit offices, including vid- eo, sponsorship, ticketing, communication and others to ensure efficient content execution and successful gameday experiences for fans and constituents. Florida Gulf Coast University Athletics – Fort Myers, FL Researched and booked all vendors for games and events, including National Anthem perform- ers, appearances, entertainment, food vendors, DJs and all rental needs. Expanded street team initiatives from tabling on campus to riding on a golf cart handing out pro- motional materials with student-athletes to gain interest from the student population and create a “buzz” on campus for our events.
Built a rapport with on-campus housing officials, directly leading to a record-setting crowd at a volleyball game.
