Conducted individual counseling sessions with patients on a bi-weekly and/or monthly basis to record treatment updates and to assist patients with their treatment episode. Monitor patient methadone dosage, coordinate care with patient medical and mental health physicians. Monitor patient’s submission of monthly medical and mental prescriptions.
