Prior to this project, there was no mechanism to monitor the documents once they were delivered, this often resulted in loss of documents. As a part of this CMM project, there was a direct interface implemented between the Doc tracking application of BOFA and Lender Processing services (LPS) tool for attorneys to update the status of the documents daily.
