Accomplishments

As a Project Manager for Automate TCM and Referrals, I was able to automate transition care management which provides better customer satisfaction which had a positive impact on NPS score

As part of Project Manager for Eligibility program which involved transitioning ASL clients to CDB/BOSS systems (including PRIME members), we were able to move away from legacy systems ( HC3 facet) thereby resulting in better customer service by tying eligibility and product together.

As a Project Manager for eVI > ICUE converge, I was able to move the client data to ICUE and decommissioned eVI thereby increasing the speed of customer service provisioning

As a RTE and Program Manager for Next Best Action ( Offer Management capability) for an extended period of time ( 4 years) I was instrumental in

oa. Tying specific inbound campaign management (offers such as flu shot, program referrals such as diabetes management) to specific members using stratification and rules

ob. From a back-end perspective, I oversaw migration to BDPaaS/PEDS systems including Consumer Solution Group_Tenant and Consumer 360 Marklogic database. Very recently we have switched to Kafka streaming for demographic data thereby making offers close to near real time

oc. I was, along with business partners, onboard different lines of business (UHC Provider, Rally VGDM, ICUE, myoptum.com portal, PHS portal, H4ME app, UMR - in progress) to a total of 14 applications.

oAs a combined a result of all these efforts, we were able to save on an average $190 million in MedEx savings while the capital spent was under 20 million

As a RTE of Consumer Engine Platform 2.0, the goal was to insource Optum Rx outbound campaign and not through a Vendor ( Wunderman). I was instrumental in purchasing, installation, migration of data to Neteeza Sailfish box ( 2 boxes - one main box and one DR box) and using Sailfish as a data mart and IBM Unica to generate outbound campaigns. We successfully generated a MVP1 campaign on 01/01/2020 and further work for MVP 2 is in progress. Future direction is to migrate to Microsoft Azure cloud technology for both data mart and campaign generation. This will save several million dollars
