Currently working as Shift Engineer/ Shift in-charge in Instrumentation Dept at Facor power ltd (2*50MW) Thermal

power Bhadrak, Odisha .

I have experience in errection, commissioning & maintenance

Experienced in DCS (ABB 800xA) & PLC.

Maintenance of control system, field instruments & trouble shouting of

respect instruments.

Convergent with Studying of control circuit drawings, PID control drawings.

Managing the spares & calibration of the instruments with documentation.

Maintaining instrumentation systems (DCS, PLC, Plant controls, performance monitoring, field instrumentation) for preventive & predictive Maintenance.

Maintenance of coal handling plant(1*220TPH) instruments (ex BSS, PCS, ZSS, sensor module, Termination module etc).

User-friendly with YOKOGAWA,VEGA, ABB transmitters(PT,TT,DPT,FT).

Cable laying to the destinations place with proper dressing with tray in proper way.

Bentley Neveda vibration system.

Impulse reaction turbine connected RTD,keyphasor,Displacement,vibration etc.

Modification of the instrument with proper planning for better efficiency.

SWAS system (YOKOGAWA & HACH analyser and transmitters).

MODBUS communication& Networking from DCS to destination.
