MY DUTIES INVOLVES:
Relevant of all type of Online Construction NOCs and Permit with Client i.e. Trakhees, RTA, Dewa, Nakheel, Empower, Etisalat, DU ... etc.) As well as follow up and coordinating with concern authority.
Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site need Preparing Pre-qualification documents as per requirements.
Coordinates with Clients, Subcontractors, & Project Management Team and other Internal Departments for Documentation related issues.
Raising queries for missing documents/drawings to the client and making sure that all the information is correct and gathered before submitting to Estimators
& QS Department.
Develop and implement a set of key procedures and specifications governing the document control process, including document control procedure, document numbering specification, correspondence procedure, archiving specification, translation procedure and other documentation together defining the document control framework on the given Project.
Maintained accurate and up to date logs (RFI, Shop Drawing, Materials, Documents, As Built Drawing, Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request etc.). Performed additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision. Creation and gate keeping of document control registers and numbers. Ensuring correct referencing of all documents.
Strict adherence to the internal & Client provided documentation procedures. Control all incoming and outgoing Drawings/ Documents etc. Ensure timely issuance
& distributions of all the Drawings/Documents with correct revisions to all parties as detailed in the distribution matrix contained in project procedures. Develop & maintain systematic register and accessible filling for easy access and reference. Ensure updated and correct logging on the system.
Prepare monthly Invoices of Sub-contractor & Suppliers after verification & approved from Site People.
Communication between Site Office, Sub-contractors, Suppliers and Head Office. Preparing all internal Memo, Letters & Faxes.
Submitting & keeping logo for all Drawings & Documents to Consultant and distributing to concern section.
Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly
Filling the documents, invoices, and other related important documents and correspondence Provide work direction to lower classified employees as required Operate reproduction machines, fax machines and other office machines as required.
