Job Description
• Secure job orders from the printing supervisor.
• Check the clitche in order to put the right anilox to be used in each color.
• Arrange the clitche to its corresponding arrangement whether it is surface print or reverse print.
• Encode the job details to the machine such as type of plastic, width, clitche circumference and microns.
• Check the parameters of the machine ( heater, tension, corona treatment and others)
• Mix ink according to pantone color as per sample given by the costumer.
• Operate the machine and put minimal impression to have a good and quality print.
• Encode the roll details such as pallet #, roll # and the weight of each roll. Sign or fill up the daily report while running the machine or after the job order is done and submit it to the printing in charge.
