•Prepare & send out RFP for (materials, vendors & subcontractors), follow-up, prepare technical evaluation; acquire responses and compliance sheets to prepare BID comparison. Advise the best BID on the basis of the technical proposals submitted, compliance to scope of work and delivery period of long lead items.
•Conduct Job explanation meeting, Technical and Commercial clarification meeting; negotiate the quotation to finalize the BID during proposal stage.
•Support Senior Cost Controllers to develop Cost WBS structure and control budget for the project based on the approved estimate.
•Perform cost recording, monitoring, and reporting practices for compliance with applicable standards accuracy and consistency.
•Manage the financial part of the project, covering cost areas such as Forecasts, Actuals, Bookings and Commitments.
