Project description : Designed an automatic feedback controller for landing of a reusable rocket. BIOINFORMATICS: Network analysis of a Protein-Protein Interaction network May 2019 Technology used : Network simulation and 3D modelling inclined towards therapeutic usage Project description : Analysed PPI networks from the perspective of properties such as Assortativity, Centrality, Clustering, Components, Community detection, Configuration Model, Degree Distribution, Flow, Motifs, SIR & Cascade, and so on. The analysis aided to construct a knowledge base on the functions of all proteins in the network and derive the significance of a specific protein.
