ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Working as Assistant manager in Nagarjuna Fertilizers and chemicals limited in “AMMONIA PRODUCTION SECTION” of capacity 1325 MTPD from June 2017 to till date.

●Maintain up to date log of PM activities and other jobs carried in the plant

●Planning jobs to be carried in online and during shutdowns

●Troubleshooting of various problems involved in process parameters and various equipment in field.

●Following PSMS in workplace, making HIRA studies and HAZOP analysis.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

•Areas: Fertilizer plant producing anhydrous liquid ammonia by Halder Topsoe Steam reforming process as Natural Gas as feedstock involved various sections like Desulphurisation, Reforming, CO Conversion, CO2 absorption, Methanation, Operation of Steam Turbine, Production of Hydrogen, Liquefaction, Compression, Refrigeration & related process Utilities Section.

•Actively involved and followed a number of maintenance and operational activities in catalyst replacement of secondary reformer and methanator, overhauling of steam turbine (syn gas compressor) and overhauling of PAC HP barrel during Annual Plant Turn Around.

•Actively involved in preservation of various equipment like reactors, heat exchangers, columns, vessels, pumps, turbines, pipelines during annual turn around.

•Participated and conducted a number of Operational emergency drills, table top drills and group discussions and technical training classes for skill training and developing self-confidence among operators to tackle the emergencies in a more effective way.

PROJECT DETAILS:

•Description : My project title is “PRODUCTION OF SORBITOL”

•Role : I did my project solely under the guidance of my professor
