UHC had over $1 billion in student housing asset holdings, which was acquired by SCION GROUP and the construction management and development divisions dissolved and UHC was officially closed in mid-2016.

• Lead the Construction Management Division, and provided programming, design, development, and construction management of over $300 million in student housing assets in Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, and South Carolina.

• Assisted the Development Division with overseeing all aspects of development projects, including due diligence; market analysis; budgets and capital structures; design and entitlements and negotiation of development agreements/contracts with partners, lenders, municipalities, third-party vendors, and general contractors.

• Created preconstruction, construction management, and development management departments – hiring new key employees for the start-up of Servitas Group.

• Oversaw the programming, design, development, and construction of a $40 million off-campus student housing development at Texas A&M in Bryan, Texas for the Culpeper Family Trust.

• Oversaw the programming, design, development, and construction management of 8 off-campus and on-campus student housing developments in multiple states across the US with combined development costs totalling more than $80 million.

CM&D INTERNATIONAL, INC. – DALLAS, TX 1/2005 – 10/2006

CM&D is a real estate consulting and program management firm for high-profile, high-risk projects that are in desperate need of corrective program and construction management services to bring them to completion successfully.

• Provided program management for the design, development & construction of a $50 million 26-story high-rise office building conversion to 183 luxury condominium apartments and a 7-story cast-in-place concrete parking garage with pool, hot tub and green space on the top level.

• Provided construction management for the Metropolitan Condominiums project with Turner Construction as the general contractor, whereas successfully mitigating over $1 million in scope/cost changes initiated by Turner Construction during demolition & construction of the Metropolitan Condominium project.

• Performed acquisition/investment analysis, program analysis, capital budget review, project evaluation, property condition reports and due diligence for clients like: DC Limits, Billy Bob Barnett, Watermark, Lehman Brothers, TriMont Realty Advisors, Bank of America, AIG, French Quarter Hospitality, Harvest Partners, HSB Professional Loss Control, HVS International and PM Realty.

• Performed program and financial analysis for the Park Lane Development, La Torretta Del Largo Resort, Hilton Dallas Lincoln Center, Las Colinas Live Entertainment Complex.
