1)Recruitment: Take the Job profile from the concern person & complete the recruitment Cycle including issue of offer letter.
2)Joining formality: Complete the Documentation process for new joiners including to open salary Account in Bank & Submit the details to consultant in prescribe format for PF & ESIC registration, Appointment letters & issue of ID Card.
3)Attendance & Leave record: To maintain the attendance & Leave record of all employee (In Excel)
4)Salary Calculation: To calculate net salary of all employees (By considering their Advance/ Loan/ Fine (If any)) & submit the data to Accounts Dept. (Having Exposure with Maxus Software for Payroll.
5)Process a monthly Claim: To crosscheck the monthly claim of Petrol Expense, Conveyance Expense & submit the same to Accounts Dept..
6)HRMIS: To maintain details of all employees in prescribed format
7)Personal File: To maintain the personal file of employees.
8)HR Dashboard: To calculate Attrition, Total number of new Joiners on per month Basis
9)Annual Performance Appraisal: To prepare a list of eligible candidate for increment & Send it to concern HOD. To collect the data from all HODS’S about increment of their team members & Send increment letters to concern persons.
10)Answer the queries of all employees: Relating to salary, PF, ESIC, incentive, deduction, leaves as the case may be.
11)Exit Formality: To issue Experience letter/Reliving letter/ Salary slip. & fill up the PF Withdrawal form with all necessary details.
12)Compliance Audit :To Visit the client place &attend the compliance audit & submit the audit report to the management. (Form 7,Form 12, TIC, PF .ESIC, PT Challan & ECR)
13) ESIC: To generate the TIC on ESIC Portal for new joiners, To fill up online Accident report if any accident happened in the premises.
14)SOP: Responsible to develop Standard operating procedure for all HR Related responsibilities.
15)Manpower allocation: By coordinating with supervisor finalize manpower allocation at client site on daily basis.
16)Statutory Payment : Responsible for PF/ PT Monthly only payment
17)HR Policy : Responsible to draft & implement the HR policies as & when necessary.
18)Contract Labour: Responsible to maintain the Govt. Register required as per Contract Labour Act also to deal the queries of Contractual employees.
