● Should be able to work on multiple processes related to smart images and Ariel view images.

● Different processes have different targets which we need to complete by the end of the day.

● Sometimes, in order to meet SLA more time should be spent on work process and also to meet TAT.

● Tagging images is one of the biggest challenges in some processes.

● Implemented various processes such as – Sky Smart, Business Difference (Bizz Diff), Local Photo Moderation (LPM), Bizz View Confirm and many support processes.

● Certified Street View imagery to detect the street sign boards, which will be helpful in Maps for Navigation.

● Addition to all these processes, i also played a key role as an assistant lead for my team.

● Training process sessions and mentoring the new joiners of the team.

● Updating team stats, maintaining daily attendance roaster, working in teams together to complete the queue when there is a heavy volume.

● Worked on Transit process in that again there is a sub process named Dynamic Transit Ops (DTO).

● Google Sheets are mainly used in this process to update information to Maps Front End (MFE).

● At Amazon, I handled emails which needed to be resolved within 48 hours or escalate them to corresponding team if needed.
